Price: Prices for each item are displayed on screen throughout the time the item is in stock and listed for sale. Unavailable items that are out of stock at any given time may still appear on the website under the label “sold out”. All prices are expressed in Japanese Yen (JPY) and are inclusive of consumer tax. The Customer is responsible for any charges derived from the act of viewing and browsing of this website, as well as the purchase of any goods, such as but not limited to: computers and electronic devices, internet connection fees, etc.

Prices for all cultural experiences presented on this website are tentative and are merely intended to provide the Customer with an estimate, prior to the preparation of a preliminary quotation. All quotations are tailor-made to the Customer’s needs, requirements and priorities, thus the final price may vary and is to be agreed on by both Parties.

Payment Methods: All items listed for sale on this website can be paid for using PayPal (either using an already existing account or as a guest by entering the information of any credit/debit card of choice). The customer can request to pay through a regular international bank transfer or a single-use payment link via Wise (formerly TransferWise) in extraordinary cases. The Customer can freely contact the team through any of the designated channels to request a change in the Payment Method. Any transaction fees derived from the Customer’s Payment Method of choice would fall under the full responsibility of the Customer. Payments for all cultural experiences are handled through the Wise (formerly TransferWise) app. The Customer is provided with a single-use payment link, that enables an international bank transfer from an existing Wise profile or the Customer’s usual bank account.

Payment Date: All items listed for sale on this website shall be paid for at the time of purchase using any of the specified Payment Methods listed above. The billing date of some credit cards varies depending on the card issuer company.

For all cultural experiences an invoice is issued upon completion of the reservation. Invoices of this nature have a grace period of 3 to 4 weeks. When a cultural experience requires multiple payments throughout the course of the preparation period, an individual invoice is issued at the time that each payment shall be covered by the Customer in accordance to the provisions and timeline previously agreed by both Parties.

Purchase Process: The Customer can complete the purchase process of any item listed on this website by simply clicking on the desired item, selecting options/sizes/add-ons/etc. if applicable, and furnishing the system with the consequent billing and/or shipping information. The website provides guidance to the Customer throughout this process, that concludes with the payment for the desired item/items.

Reservation Process: The Customer can reserve a cultural experience by submitting the online contact form available on the website (https://www.aricu.jp/contact-us), an email (hola@abecestudio.jp) or a private message via any of the existing social media accounts. The team provides the Customer with guidance throughout the reservation process for a smooth and successful transaction.

Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations are generally only accepted until the item reaches the final preparation stages and shipping arrangements have been completed. aricu retains the right to reject cancellations based on the Customer’s personal matters, unrelated to the performance of the sale. The Customer will only receive a refund in those cases in which aricu fails to provide or deliver an item in the arranged time period, or in the extremely unlikely event of manufacturing defect.

Cancellation Policy for Cultural Experiences: All down payments in the form of deposit to guarantee a reservation are always discounted from the final price of the experience and are inherently non-refundable; however, they remain flexible and open to rescheduling in the unlikely event of date changes due to Force Majeure. Furthermore, other payments for cultural experiences may be partially refundable. The refundable amount is subject to any pre-payments requested to aricu by Third Parties during the preparation period. With an aim for absolute transparency, The Customer always receives detailed information regarding the Cancellation Policy at the time of reservation. Any non-refundable amounts always remain as credit should the Customer want to make use of said funds at a different time.

Shipping and Duties: Shipping Fees are dependent on the region and the dimensions/weight of the purchased item. The Customer is informed of the Shipping Fees that apply to each specific case at the time of check-out, and can choose between several shipping methods. Any surcharges derived from customs duties (if applicable) at the destination country are not included and are the Customer’s sole responsibility. The designated carrier will contact the Customer upon arrival of the parcel in the destination country. The Customer can opt for shipping insurance for an additional fee. aricu shall not be held liable for any damages to any purchased items derived from the shipping and handling by a Third Party logistics company or courier.

Withdrawal of Registration/Membership: Customers that register and log into the website in order to purchase any items, as well as any person that joins aricu’s email marketing list, can send an email to hola@abecestudio.jp at any time if they wish to revoke their registration and have their email address removed from our system. aricu retains the right to delete any accounts that remain inactive for a prolonged period of time or that show signs of malicious online activity.
